Six municipalities and seven rural municipalities
The District Administration Office records 13 local governments: six municipalities and seven rural municipalities. The map and list below let you explore all 13 and then open their ward guides.
Start with Banepa, Dhulikhel or Panauti if you already have a town name. The other municipal guides are Mandandeupur, Namobuddha and Panchkhal. The rural municipalities appear alongside them in the district map.
When checking an address, keep the local government’s name together with the ward number. A number by itself is shared by many places across the district.
