Dhulikhel is a twelve-ward municipality in Kavrepalanchok District. Its historic town, university area and surrounding hill settlements offer different starting points for a visit. The Araniko and BP highways pass through the municipality, while Himalayan views depend on the weather and your viewpoint.
The old town and Shreekhandapur
Start with Bhagawatisthan, Ward 6, for Bhagawati and Gita temples. Narayansthan and Itol, Ward 7, includes Harisiddhi, Sheshanarayan and Manabinayak in its municipal temple profile. These are distinct parts of the old town.
