Ward 3 of Dhulikhel Municipality consists of the former Ward No. 6 Bansghari of the old Dhulikhel Municipality.[3] This area, with a population of around 2,533, is recognized for milk and vegetable production as well as tourism development.[3] It features a mix of urban and peri-urban characteristics, located next to the city core along the Araniko Highway.[4]
