Saleeni is a settlement in Ward 6 of Mahabharat Rural Municipality, Kavrepalanchok District, hosting a bank branch known as Mahabharat Branch of Mahabharat Gaupaliak-6, Saleeni, Kavre.[1] The area is part of this rural municipality formed in 2017 by merging former VDCs like Gokule, Phoksingtar, Budhakhani, Banakhu Chor, and Ghartichhap, with a total population of around 18,283 as per the 2011 census.[3] It lies within the municipality’s 186 km² expanse in Bagmati Province, featuring typical rural characteristics including local banking services and community infrastructure.[1][3]
