Thulo Parsel is the current name of Temal Ward 6 and the former village area from which the ward was formed. The municipal introduction identifies Gaukhuru at Thulo Parsel Bhanjyang as a local heritage site.
Pakuwal and the Thulo Parsel settlements
Pakuwal appears in both road and community-building entries. The ward programme also names Hotel Danda, Ratomato Chautara, Kol Dong, Ghema Dong Tol, Moktan Tol and Duwar Tol. A separate entry identifies Sangchhen Norbu Tagtenling Gumba.
