Mahadevtar forms Roshi Ward 4. The current ward table groups all nine former Mahadevtar VDC wards within this boundary.
This ward is part of Roshi Rural Municipality in Kavrepalanchok District.
Sanopota, Mandgaun and Purano Gaun
Roshi’s 2082/83 programme names Sanopota in a Thing Tol road entry under Ward 4. It also lists Purano Gaun, Mandgaun and the Khalanga–Nigale–Pokhari Danda–Chipleti road. Sanopota is therefore one specific local reference within the wider Mahadevtar ward.
