Roshi and Bhumidanda are the names used for Panauti Ward 12 in the municipal directory. This is a ward of Panauti Municipality; Roshi Rural Municipality is a separate local government in the same district.
Temples, a waterfall and village references
The Ward 12 programme names Bhaleshwor Temple and Palmo Thang Gumba. A separate municipal entry explicitly assigns Panchakanya waterfall conservation to Ward 12. Magargaun, Gurungaun, Kalanti and Chaurbesi are among the ward’s other place references.
Panauti’s current tourism policy also includes Bhaleshwor in its wider pilgrimage plans. A planned improvement or conservation project does not confirm present visitor facilities, trail conditions or access to the waterfall.
