Laiku Darbar is the ward-office address for Banepa Ward 9. The current ward brings together former Banepa Wards 3 and 4, within the older town area.
Dhyan Kuti Vihar and Thanapati Narayan
The Ward 9 programme identifies Dhyan Kuti Vihar in roadside works and Thanapati Narayan Temple in a digital-record project. Talahiti appears in a repair allocation, while Jyasanani Tol, Shahi Tol and Rajdas Marg are further local references.
These names help distinguish particular courtyards, streets and religious destinations within a compact town ward. The ward-office label alone does not establish the history or visitor access of a palace building.
