Ward 3 of Banepa Municipality is located in the former Ugrachandi Nala area and is the largest ward, incorporating parts of previous wards 6-9.[4][5] The ward office is situated at Thulochaur in Nala, near Ganesh Than Temple and Kedaar Thulochaur Khanepanii.[1][5] It features hilly terrain with nearby sites like Kashi Bhanjyang used for community activities such as tree planting.[8]
