Thulochaur, Nala is the ward-office address for Banepa Ward 3. The municipal introduction explains that the ward combines parts of the former Ugrachandi Nala and Devitar village areas.
Thulochaur, Kakre and Gauri Kuwa
The ward programme names the Thulochaur–Birauta–Kakre route and a road above Krishna Temple at Kakre. Gauri Kuwa and Tusal appear together in a water project, while Kashi Bhanjyang, Pipalbot and Devisthan–Chisapani are further local route references.
The programme also identifies Chamunda Devi Chautara and Deurali Kafalbot Chautara. These names give a more detailed picture of the ward’s gathering places and settlements without implying that every planned improvement is complete.
