Sainbu gives Lalitpur Ward 18 its familiar area name. The municipal profile places it beside the Nakkhu and Bagmati corridors, north of the Khokana ward.
The ward programme identifies Thapa Gaun, Pakha Gaun, Ekaldanda and Siddhartha Tole. Religious references include Siddhivinayak, Siddheshwor and Harihar temples, while Tekeshwor Mahadev Chowk and Milan Basti provide additional local addresses.
Sainbu is also a historical name used in Ward 25, which includes Bhaisepati and Nakkhudol references. A Sainbu address therefore needs a current ward number. For Khokana and its Rudrayani and Sikali traditions, continue to Ward 21.
