Nagarjun’s municipal centre is at Harisiddhi, Sitapaila. The municipal programme explicitly places Harisiddhi Temple in Ward 5, distinguishing this part of Sitapaila from the school and Rani Pati references in Ward 4.

The Ward 5 programme includes Sitapaila Temple and names Adeshwor Heights, Adeshwor Kali Chandra Devi Temple and Adeshwor Fulbari Temple. Chun Bhairav Temple, Saraswati Temple, Kunwar Tol and Basnet Tol provide further local references.
These are individual destinations within a wider, shared neighbourhood name. Use Ward 4 for the other Sitapaila guide and Ward 3 for Ichangu Narayan and Halchok’s Akash Bhairav. The programme records projects and worship allocations; it does not confirm every proposed repair is complete.
