Bhulankhel is the area name used for Madhyapur Thimi Ward 5 in the municipal directory. The current ward combines former municipal Wards 9, 10 and 11.
This ward belongs to Madhyapur Thimi Municipality in Bhaktapur District.
Bhulankhel and Jalakhu
The municipal directory includes Pranodaya Primary School at Bhulankhel. A separate, current place reference comes from the municipality’s 2083/84 policy: it identifies Jalakhu in Ward 5 as the location of an administrative-building construction project. That identifies the place and ward, without confirming that the new building is open for services.
