Kattike is a settlement in Ward 6 of Chaurideurali Rural Municipality, known for the prominent Mahankali Mandir, a pagoda-style temple dedicated to the goddess Mahankali.[6] The ward hosts several basic schools including Sunkoshi Basic School, Mahabishnu Basic School, and Shree Baalkalyan Basic School, which have been involved in educational and WASH/DRR projects.[5] It is led by Ward Chairperson Kishor Raj Giri and was previously associated with Kartike Deurali VDC before municipal restructuring.[2][3]
