*Satungal**
Ward No. 10 of Chandragiri Municipality is primarily known as Satungal, the main area name encompassing its core settlements and formerly part of the Satungal VDC (wards 1-7).[1][2] Other neighborhoods or toles within this ward include Bosigaun (a town) and areas around Krishna Shrine and Uma Maheshwor Shrine.[1] Satungal forms the southern part of the former Satungal VDC in southwest Kathmandu Valley, featuring rural settlements, religious shrines, and serving as part of Chandragiri’s fringe gateway along the Prithvi Highway; it was merged into the municipality in 2014 from prior VDC areas like old Chandragiri wards 15 and 24.[1][2][3][4]
