Talku and Dudechaur are names within Dakshinkali Ward 9, which covers the former Talku Dudechaur village area. The municipality’s 2080 BS tourism study includes a ward-office list of villages and tols such as Talku, Gaira, Sanochuli, Dandikhel, Bhasindol, Khapa and Lamagaun.
Historic temple and hill-area references
The study describes the Prachin Dakshinkali temple as an older site associated with local traditions about the goddess. It distinguishes this hill site from the later Dakshinkali temple location. Its reconstruction and park descriptions reflect the study period and are not confirmation of today’s facilities.
Other named sites include Dandikhel, Gupteshwor Mahadev and Chaukot Devi at Humane Bhanjyang near the Indrasarowar boundary. The study describes the Khapa–Champadevi hill area as shared with Wards 1 and 5 as well as Ward 9.
